It gives me the information I need to make good decisions about your search, where you are and what we need to do from here. I am a Buyer's Agent   This means I will represent the buyer (you) when looking for a home or negotiating for a home you want to buy. It does not cost you anything for me to help you buy a home. However, as a "Buyers Agent", I do not make a single penny until you buy a home and then the seller will pay my commission. During the looking and buying process, I invest my own money and time working with you. Because of that, I only work with clients who agree to use me for any and all homes they want to look at and buy. For me, it's an all or none thing. I will give you my all but I need your all in return. If you want to "Agent Hop", which means using different agents to see different homes, then I will be unable to work with you. If you agree to work with me to see any and all homes you are interested in, then I am your Realtor! If you would like to meet with me, for a Buyer's Agent interview, before deciding to work with me, I will be delighted to do so. We can setup a time, before we schedule a showing, for you to meet me and make that decision.

Serious Buyers   Because I am a successful Realtor, my time is in high demand. This means I love working with serious buyers who are ready to move forward and look for their next home. However, if you are not serious, are just dream shopping or trying to find a way to kill some time on a Saturday, then I am not the Realtor for you.
