No one succeeds in this life alone. There are always
people helping us along the way. Parents, siblings,
friends, spouses, co-workers... The Derby Club is my
way of saying "Thank You" to all of you who have helped
me in the past, as well as those who will help me
down the road. It's my way of giving back and showing my
appreciation for that help.
While I do advertise my services with
conventional methods, my main and greatest form of
advertising is word of mouth. Nothing can replace a positive
recommendation to your friends & family about my services as
a realtor. That
recommendation is very, very important to me. Because I am
so grateful when you do that, I felt a need to repay that
kindness, that recommendation, that referral...
So, the Derby Club was born. It’s a way for me to
give back, invite you to fun, private events, and
really show my appreciation for you spreading the
word about me!
How does it
work?
It's super easy.
Send me referrals for people who are looking to buy
or sell a home. If the referral is successful (they
buy or sell a home with me), you will earn prizes
and be invited to an annual dinner for you and a
plus 1. That's all there is to it!
You can submit
a referral in 2 ways.
You can fill
out the "Submit a Referral" form below with
their information
You can send
the person, that you are referring, to this
website to fill out the "I have been referred to
you" form
Once I receive
the referral, I will contact them and begin the
process. If they buy or sell a home with me, you
will become a Derby Club Member and you will receive
a prize and an invitation (for 2) to the annual
Derby Club Dinner, my treat. For each successful
referral after the first one, you will receive
another prize and another Derby Club Dinner
invitation for 1. Keep up the referrals and you can
bring your whole family and friends to the dinner,
free of charge!
That successful
referral will also become a Derby Club Member and
receive the same benefits!
