No one succeeds in this life alone. There are always
people helping us along the way. Parents, siblings,
friends, spouses, co-workers... The Derby Club is my
way of saying "Thank You" to all of you who have helped
me in the past, as well as those who will help me
down the road. It's my way of giving back and showing my
appreciation for that help. How does it work?
When you shop at your favorite stores, many of them
have reward cards. This is their way of showing you
their appreciation for giving them your business.
You buy from them and they give you something back
in the way of points or discounts. The Derby Club is
similar. Since you probably wont be buying a house
from me all the time or listing a lot of property
with me each year, I came up with another way to
reward you. For spreading the word about my
services as a realtor.
While I do advertise my services with
conventional methods, my main and greatest form of
advertising is word of mouth. Nothing can replace a positive
recommendation to your friends & family about my services as
a realtor. That
recommendation is very, very important to me. Because I am
so grateful when you do that, I felt a need to repay that
kindness, that recommendation...
